Rock Valley, Iowa: Andrew Oostra, 86, of Rock Valley, Iowa, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, March 26, at 2:30 PM, at the First Reformed Church of Rock Valley with Pastor Cliff Hoekstra officiating. The service will be livestreamed at https://www.rvfrc.org/. Visitation with the family present will be held prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM at First Reformed Church. Inurnment will be held at Valley View Cemetery of Rock Valley at a later date.
Memorials may be directed to the First Reformed Church of Rock Valley (Sound System).
