Remembering Leota with sympathy. She was the sweetest! Our family enjoyed her years with us at the furniture store. May the memories of Leota and those special times you shared together be of comfort to you now and in the days ahead.

I didn't know your mother, but I knew Roberta well, as we both attended Westmar College in LeMars in the late 1960's. Can't attend the funeral, but maybe I can get to the visitation on Sunday. My previous name was Rhonda Silberstein. I now live in Primghar. Where are you living Roberta? Feel free to contact me at: elegantpoodles@yahoo.com or my phone number is 712-957-3500 and I do have an answering machine is not home. Rhonda Westphal

Our moms lived together during the Model Market years. They were dear friends ever after. Having your mom be down the hall from her at Fellowship Village made all the difference for my mom during her stay there. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers as you experience the loss of your dear mother. She was such a lovely spirit.

So sorry to read about Leota. I sorry I won't be able to attend the service as I will be in Minneapolis that day. Sure would have been nice to see all the Madland's again. God Bless you all
