HAWARDEN, Iowa ~ Ashlynn Marie Short, 19, of Hawarden, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Visitation with the family will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2026, at Porter Funeral Home in Hawarden, Iowa. Burial will follow at Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden. Following the committal service, everyone is invited to the Enclosed Shelter at the Hawarden City Park for refreshments and fellowship with the family to celebrate Ashlynn’s life.
