Dennis had four daughters, Patricia, Vicki, Christy, and Bethann, one son, Jacob, and one stepdaughter, Lindsey.
At an early age, Dennis learned the ranching and dairy business and spent his whole life in agriculture and taking care of livestock. He worked on many ranches and dairies in Arizona, Iowa, North Dakota, California, and Texas, making many friends along the way.
He had a love for animals, especially his horses, his dogs, and his cattle.
Dennis was a hard worker and a devoted friend to many! He enjoyed taking friends and family on hunting trips, rodeoing, and had a huge appreciation for the beautiful outdoors.
He was a loving father and grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. His favorite things to do were to share with them new sites, experiences, and just hang out at the farm!

Dennis was extremely kind and generous with his time. He is the father of my half-brother Jake. Almost thirty years ago, when Jake was still an infant, I left college and stayed with Dennis and my mom for a few weeks. I was kind of beat down and depressed. Over the next year, Dennis showed me how to fix up cars to turn around and sell. While I was figuring out my life, I just needed something to do with my days and a person to hang out with. Dennis was a patient teacher and always ready with a laugh.
