Rock Rapids, IA; Harvey C. De Jager, 87, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, formerly Sheldon, Iowa, died Monday, July 5, 2021, at Lyon Specialty Care in Rock Rapids. A private graveside service was held Wednesday, July 7, at Valley View Cemetery of Rock Valley, Iowa with Rev. Gideon Wamala officiating.
