Hudson, South Dakota ~ Karon Marie Smith, 76, of Flandreau, South Dakota, formerly of Hudson, South Dakota, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Riverview Healthcare in Flandreau.
Visitation with the family will be 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at the Porter Funeral Home in Hawarden, Iowa. A Prayer Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Carolyn Salberg of the Hudson Lutheran Church officiating. Condolences may be sent to www.porterfuneralhomes.com.
