Kristi Ann Holtdorf

Krisi Ann Holtdorf age 66 of Santa Monica, California passed away on December 10, 2019 in MLK Community Hospital in Los Angeles, California.

Burial will be at Grace Hill Cemetery in Hawarden, Iowa on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at noon. The Porter Funeral Home in Hawarden is assisting the family.

Kristi was born in Hawarden Hospital to Lois and J. Wesley Holtdorf on April 4, 1953. She graduated from Maurice-Orange City High School, class of 1971.  She continued her education at Iowa State University graduating in 1975 with a B.S. in business.  She took a job with Congoleum Flooring as a sales representative.  After a couple of years, she left Congoleum to take a job with American Airlines.  She enjoyed traveling to all parts of the world while with them and during this time she studied at Loyola Marymount Law School and graduated with a degree in law.  She practiced law in the Los Angeles area until her health prevented her from continuing with her practice.

At the time of death, she was survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Leon Vanden Berg, her stepfather, Earl Vore, her aunt, Ruth Holtkamp, her cousins, Rodd Holtkamp and Terri Fischer.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother Hannah Johnson, her father and mother; and her uncle, Elmer Holtkamp.
