Terri Juzek

Hull, IA: Terri Juzek, 47, of Hull, Iowa, died Thursday, March 30, 2017, in Rochester, Minnesota. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 3, at 11 AM at Pioneer United Methodist Church in Rock Valley, Iowa, with Rev. Wane Souhrada officiating. Visitation, with the family present, will be Sunday, April 2, from 5:00-7:00 PM at Porter Funeral Home of Rock Valley.

Terri Juzek, daughter of Cheryl (Henderson) Larsen and Bennie Vonk, was born August 31, 1969 in Rock Valley, Iowa. Terri attended and graduated from Sheldon High School in Sheldon, Iowa, and continued her education at Northwest Iowa Community College in Sheldon. She worked as a lab technician at Trans Ova Genetics in Sioux Center, Iowa. She loved her job and all the workers she was around. Terri lived in Hull, Iowa, with Doug Hulstein and his children, Tylor, Aaron, Ashley, and Hannah. She loved spending time with her family. Terri’s favorite things were reading and her pets, Gracie, Hooch, and Pepper.

She is survived by her mother, Cheryl (Phil) Larsen of Sioux Falls, South Dakota; father, Bennie (Kathleen) Vonk of Ireton, Iowa; longtime boyfriend, Doug Hulstein of Hull; three sons, Tyler Hulstein, Aaron Hulstein, and Trevor Juzek, all of Hull; three daughters, Ashley Hulstein of Hospers, Iowa, Hannah Hulstein of Hull, and Terra Juzek-Nelson of Hawarden, Iowa; brother, David (Cathy) Vonk of Mountain Lake, Minnesota; sister, Tammie (Dave) Feddersen of Rochester, Minnesota; half-sister, Katie Magnison of Sioux Falls; grandparents, George and Kris Vonk of Sioux Center, Iowa and Bob and Gussie Henderson-Redfield of Brandon, South Dakota; many nieces and nephews; and one great-niece.

Terri was preceded in death by grandfather, David Henderson; uncle, David Henderson; and aunt, Sandy Pederson.
